Tumblr is full of people reblogging bad and incorrect information without checking the source or fact checking.

I’ve seen twice as many “MY MOM SAID I COULD GET [INSERT ITEM HERE] IF I GET 50,000+ NOTES” posts on Tumblr as I did on Facebook. The worst part was that Tumblr actually *got* those people their notes and NEVER QUESTIONED IT.

So, yeah, no. Tumblr isn’t some magical haven that isn’t like Facebook. It’s just as bad as Facebook.
